Strong back, soft front, wild heart

According to Buddhists, you need three things to survive and be happy in life.

'Strong Back' With a strong back, you can stand tall in adversity, you can keep working and provide support to others.

'Soft Front'; be open and friendly, accessible and avoid being defensive

'Wild heart'; the fun bit -to dream and dream again of things undreamed, to think and see differently, innovation and to have fun.

These three character traits, behaviours may seem hard to integrate , but if, IF, we can, then success (or perhaps happiness or both) will follow. And of course it is logical, and simple, but we humans have the capacity to think illogically and complicate things easily. so how do we go the full Marie Kondo on this?
